Tuesday mid-day

Today's training session was blessed with sunny skies and and cool gulf breeze.

All 100 of us were at the track together–adding a wonderful sense of energy to the session. The folks I partner with, the throwers, finally had a solid day of training after a week of mid-term and travel.
